Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may slightly increase.

Shipping Timeline

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above [₹999].

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Essente is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Essente, each candle is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our products, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong item

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damaged product upon delivery

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used candles

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Change-of-mind purchases

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Optional Add-On (Recommended for Candles)

Because candles are heat-sensitive:

 

Minor surface imperfections, slight frosting, or small air bubbles are natural characteristics of handcrafted candles and do not qualify as defects.
